Site Visits
- Initial Site Visit (1-2 days)

services and operational procedures. Visit several
sites, provide input regarding traffic patterns,
ease of use, and visibility.
– Will provide input and coordinate the build-out
with the architects and or space planner.
- Store Set-up Visit (2-3 days)
– Merchandise, tag, set up operations. Work
the staff at least for two days.
- Grand Opening Visit (1-2 days)
– Complete the set-up.
– Meet with media and assist with open house.
- Operational Check-up Visit (1-2
days after 12 months)
– Review financials, inventory, compliance,
meet with the staff and discuss problems
